Scallops



It is one of the largest scallops in the world often attaining sizes of 15cm & 500 grams.

Its unique diet results in an ivory to pinkish white meat that is shiny & firm with an aroma both sweet & briny.

BC Scallops are cultivated in the Georgia Straight near Qualicum Bay & off the west coast of Vancouver Island.

Growing only where there is a constant cool temperature of nutrient-rich waters.

These Scallops are harvested daily.

They are cleaned, graded and shipped live or frozen in Shell or Shucked.
