Wild Pacific Smoked Salmon

The two different types of Lox salmon we supply are sockeye and pink salmon.

Fished in the waters of western Canada the fishermen use multiple hooks staggered on a line, which ensures that the fish caught stays alive in the water until the line is pulled.

The fish are cleaned, gutted and put on ice until the catch reaches the smoke house where they will be cut to speck and placed in a smoker.
